PAINTING BROOQ AL KHALIJ GEN. CON. EST.

Sandblasting or blasting removes rust, scale, and paint from many different items. This process also prepares different surfaces for paint adhesion. Using different sizes of blasting media allows us to customize the size of the angular tooth profile to achieve the perfect results for all specifications.

Sandblasting is a term for the process of smoothing, shaping, and cleaning a hard surface by forcing solid particles across that surface at high speeds. Sandblasting or abrasive blasting removes mill scale, corrosion (rust), coatings (paint), heat treatment discoloration, weld spatter, or other physical defects. As such, blast cleaning is a preparatory step for a product that will be painted, anodized, plated, powder-coated, otherwise finished.

We have experience blasting:  Auto bodies and frames, wheel rims, brick, fences, radiators, tractor parts, machines, industrial equipment, trailer body, and more!

PLASTIC MEDIA BLASTING

This process removes coatings without causing any damage to the underlying substrates, such as fiberglass, aluminum or plastics. Low delivery pressure combined with the low particle density of plastic media allows the process to be safely used for applications where heavier and harder abrasives would pose potential problems.
